Over 40 years of experience in designing and manufacturing the Willans harnesses has produced the ‘Silverstone’ range.
The Silverstone harnesses use the best fittings in the industry, Willans own fully adjustable aluminium alloy adjusters
for control of shoulder straps and where applicable the 3” and 2” lap straps. These alloy adjusters are superior to
other strap adjusters in that they free moving when lifted for adjustment and lock solid when pushed flat, great for
quick and easy driver changes.

The Silverstone Long Distance T6 HANS harness is suitable for Saloon and GTs with the appropriate mountings. It uses snap hook and eye fixings on the shoulder straps, Type A bolt on fixings on the lap straps and Type B bolt on fixings on the crotch straps.

The shoulder straps are 3" / 2" wide for HANS use only and use the the Willan's alloy adjusters. The 2" wide lap strap uses the Willan's 2" alloy adjuster and 2" crotch straps the 3 bar lockers.

The aircraft type rotary buckle is permanently fixed to the crotch strap which allows for easy driver changes during long distance and endurance racing.

The Lightweight Silverstone Single Seater harness was originally manufactured specifically for two Formula 1 teams and is now available to the general motorsport community.

Combining Titanium tongues and release box components, aircraft grade Aluminium casings, lightened lightweight adjusters and lightweight webbing has enabled weight to be pared to the minimum whilst maintaining strength and integrity. The harness comes with 3" shoulder straps and 3" lap straps.

It weighs just 1.1Kg (approximately) including mounting tongues and pinch plates.

The Silverstone T6 Caterham harness with either 3" or 2" lap straps is a six strap harness with six vehicle attachment points using bolt on mountings.

All straps are fully adjustable using Willan's own aluminium alloy adjusters on the shoulder straps and Willan's steel anti-creep adjusters for control of the 3" laps belts or the Willans standard steel adjusters on the 2" lap belts. The harness can be supplied with aluminium alloy adjusters on the both the 3" & 2" lap belts if required. The crotch straps are adjustable for individual drivers using the 3 bar lockers.

The Silverstone 4 Point 3 x 3 Westfield harness again uses the Silverstone spec Willans 3" alloy adjuster on the shoulder straps and the Willans standard anti-creep steel adjuster on the 3" lap belt.

The 3 x 2 option also shown in the picture uses the Willans standard adjuster for strap length control n the 2" lap belt.

The Westfield option uses the snap hook fixing anchorage points on the shoulder straps and bolt-on fixings on the lap belts. See Harness Table for alternative adjusters and anchorage fittings.
