Tillett Racing Seats have been making race seats for over 21 years. Having developed the technology and processes to produce carbon composite kart seats in quantity and efficiently, Tillett created a new design for Caterham cars in 1999.

This elegantly sculptured seat design naturally led into a new range of lightweight carbon fibre race seats for other race cars. The latest edition is the B5 carbon composite, twin skin seat which is specifically designed for the Lotus Elise / Exige.

Such is their success that many "copies" are now on the market. As they say 'imitation is the sincerest form of flattery'

Team Dynamics Racing, part of the Rimstock group, have developed an ultra lightweight range of cast heat-treated and forged aluminium wheels. Whilst designed and targeted for competition purposes, the 'Pro Race' range have the strength and durability for street as well as competition use.

The wheel currently shown on this website is their new Pro Race 1.4G designed specifically for the S2 Lotus Elise & Exige (111R) and 2-Eleven.

These wheels are designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technology with impact and corner fatigue testing ensuring that you can have total confidence at maximum load during race conditions.

The Odyssey drycell battery combines in one box the characteristics of two separate batteries. It can deep cycle as well as provide enormous cranking power — it is almost as if a champion long distance runner and a world class sprinter are one and the same person.

These batteries at a fraction of the weight of a conventional battery are capable of providing engine cranking pulses in excess of 2250A for 5 seconds as well as 400 charge/discharge cycles to 80% depth of discharge (DOD). A typical starting. lighting and ignition (SLI) battery can do one or the other, but not both. ODYSSEY batteries will do both — provide short duration high amperage pulse or low rate long duration drains.

Alfano Lap Timing and Data Logging instruments utilise the Alfano patented Magnetic Strip System. There are currently 814 kart tracks worldwide and 84 race tracks across Europe fitted with the Alfano Magnetic Strip, with the number increasing weekly.

Alfano produced their first instrument in 1995 and now have 13 years of experience and development behind their instruments.

The beauty of the magnetic strip system means no car is masked by another crossing a beam at the same time and they are incredibly accurate (to 100th/sec).

Stag Auto have been in the automotive electronics business for over 30 years developing electronic hardware and software for motorsport customers. They are now launching some new products of their own. Their battery isolators have been designed to be 100% reliable, durable and to the highest spec.

Their priority has always been to use and provide the latest and best technology, developing new products and standards in the process along with superb manufacturing quality, thereby ensuring reliability and consequently the safety of those using their products.

Hot-Lap roll cages came about as a result of lack of availability. Having ordered a well known brand to fit into our race Lotus S2 Exige we found that it didn't fit. We thereby set about designing our own, whilst improving on our competitors and are glad that we were forced to go down this route.

We believe that our roll cages are of a better quality and design providing excellent safety gains, driver access and chassis strengthening. We now offer off the shelf cages for the Lotus Elise 111S, 111R, Exige S2 and a rear cage ideal for sprints.

ATF Power have over 20 year's experience in preparing and running race cars and specialise in engine, suspension and chassis development.

ATF Power have engineered success into Ford, BMW, Ferrari, Bentley, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Jaguar and Porsche race cars.

The suspension and engine modification designs offered on this website are a collaborative venture between ATF Power and Hot-Lap for the Lotus Elise / Exige. The same engineering quality is also available for your race car.

Pagid racing brake pads are developed for motorsport but they may also be fitted to road cars where exceptional braking performance from high speed is required. They are OE on Porchse, Ferrari, Maserati to The Pagid racing compounds are complex formulations with very high ceramic material content.

The range of Pagid compounds means that there is something suitable for whatever your braking requirements are; Single Seater, GT Racing, Rally, Touring Car, Sports Car, whether for Sprint racing or endurance. Pagid pads give you more control under harsh braking whilst giving excellent disc wear.
