Ordering Information

We have a number of ordering options available. Most customers prefer to use on online shopping basket utilsing the secure payment method of Paypal any time of the day or night.

We also welcome orders by telephone and email.

Once your order is submitted you will receive a non-automated email confirming your order. We aim to confirm all orders within one working day. The expected delivery date will be confirmed at this time.

When we process your order we will require the following:

Credit Card Number, Valid Date and Expiry Date (VISA, Master Card, switch or AmEx), Security Code

Your Name, Address and Contact Telephone Number

Your Order Details

For security reasons, please note that when ordering by email we will not ask you to send your credit card and personal details by email. We will contact you by phone to obtain this information from you.

If you wish to pay by cheque then please place your order by telephone or email. Your order will be despatched upon clearance of your cheque (usually 3 working days).

Our Price and Service pledge

At Hot-Lap we are confident that we offer a competitive service. If however you feel that we are falling short in some respect please let us know and we will investigate and correct if at all possible.

Delivery

Orders are despatched on receipt of your order (if in stock), otherwise within 5 working days. On rare occasions, if both the manufacturers and ourselves are out of stock, we will advise you accordingly of the expected date.

You will be sent a non-automated email confirming your order and expected delivery date. This is usually sent within 24 hours. Royal Mail Special Delivery is used for all orders.

Cost of Delivery:-

~ Internet Orders = £ 7.50 for orders under £100.00

£10.00 for orders of £100.01 to £250.00

£15.00 for orders of £250.01 to £500.00

£20.00 for orders of £500.01 to £750.00

£25.00 for orders to £750.01 to £999.99

~ Telephone & Email Orders = £10.00 upto 2Kgs in weight

£15.00 upto 5Kgs in weight

£20.00 upto 10Kgs in weight

£25.00 upto 15Kgs in weight

£35.00 upto 25Kgs in weight

Packaging and insurance are included.

Returns Policy

It is our intention to offer a problem-free mailing service. Our reputation depends on our level of service and customer satisfaction.

All items are checked thoroughly prior to despatch and should reach you undamaged and ready for use.

In the unlikely event that items are received faulty or damaged, then a replacement unit will be despatched upon receipt of returned damaged / faulty goods.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Returns only accepted after issue of a Return Authorisation Number.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Should you have cause to complain about our service or merchandise we always endeavour to respond immediately and certainly within two working days. Please e-mail

Privacy

Any personal details given by customers during the ordering process will not be shared with any third parties whatsoever. All customer credit card and or bank details will be destroyed by Hot-Lap once the purchase is complete.
